The line restarts, ventilation hums, and throughput returns. Later, you weld a small bracket, tidy conduit, and close the day by coaching operators through a smooth shutdown. That’s impact.
What you’ll own
- End-to-end upkeep of machinery, equipment, and facility systems
- Root-cause troubleshooting of mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical issues
- Preventive maintenance on production assets
- Inspection and repair of conduit, piping, ventilation, and plumbing
- Component replacement and verification after diagnosis
- Safety-first execution, including strict LOTO adherence
- Basic welding and fabrication work
- Support for startup, shutdown, and operations improvements
What sets you up for success
- 3+ years of industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience
- In-depth knowledge of hydraulic systems
- Electrical troubleshooting and repair proficiency
- Exposure to PLC systems and controls (preferred)
- Well-honed mechanical troubleshooting skills
Technical fluency
- Electrical installation and industrial electrical background
- Pneumatics troubleshooting and broad maintenance/repair ability
- Experience with Punch Press (Trumpf), Press Brake (Trumpf), and PLCs
