We are seeking a Remote Client Experience Specialist to support clients through scheduling, coordination, and service-related communication in a fast-paced remote environment. This remote position includes training and is open to candidates based in Jacksonville, FL (Eastern Time). The role is suited to individuals who are organized, reliable, and enjoy working directly with clients in a structured support capacity.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage client communications and respond to support requests
