Compensation & Shifts

• $20.60/hr base pay
• 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM, Monday–Friday (+$0.75/hr)
• 3rd Shift: 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM, Monday–Friday (+$1.50/hr)
• Weekends as needed

• Operate and monitor powder coating production equipment
• Execute the core steps: mixing, extrusion, grinding, and packaging
• Observe machine performance and verify product quality during runs
• Follow production instructions and safe operating practices
• Keep work areas clean and organized

What We’re Looking For

• Previous manufacturing and machine operation experience (required)
• Comfort working around powder/dust
• Ability to read, write, and speak English
• Basic math and computer skills
• Strong safety awareness and reliable attendance
