Machine Operator

Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Machine Operator to join our dynamic team in Fletcher, NC. As a Machine Operator, you will play a crucial role in our manufacturing process, ensuring that our machinery operates efficiently and effectively. Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor various types of machinery in a safe and efficient manner.
• Load and unload materials and finished products into and out of machines
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documents to set up machines accurately.
• Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet company standards.
• Enter daily labor and production quantities into the ERP system accurately
• Collaborate with team members to improve production processes and efficiency.
• Document production data and report any issues to supervisors promptly.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in machine operation is a plus.
• Proven experience as a machine operator or in a similar role.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read and understand technical documents and blueprints.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as needed.
• No ride sharing, carpooling, or public transportation permitted
• Comfortable working around metal, oils, coolants, anti-foam products, and cleaning chemicals
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced production environment
