Junior Commercial Driver's License Truck Driver

You’ve earned your Class A CDL. We are recruiting recent CDL school graduates in the Syracuse, NY area to join our expanding Eastern regional fleet. Our paid training program is designed for new drivers who want hands-on mentoring, to build confidence on the road, and to begin earning quickly.

• $1,600–$1,800+ weekly
• Paid weekly (every Friday)

What the job looks like:

• Predictable regional routes based out of Syracuse, NY, operating across Upstate New York and the Eastern region
• Approximately 3,000 miles per week
• No-touch dry van freight
• Most loads are drop-and-hook
• Brand-new automatic tractors, fully loaded and assigned to each driver
• No slip seating
• 24/7 dispatch support

Home time options

• Flexible schedules to support work–life balance
• Home weekly
• Home every other week

Training program

• Drivers who have completed at least 120 hours of CDL school instruction qualify for the paid training program
• Assigned mentor during training
• Emphasis on safety and practical experience to prepare drivers for independent operation

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL
• Minimum 120 hours of CDL school instruction
• Satisfactory driving record
• Must meet DOT and company hiring requirements
• Availability to start as soon as possible
