Analytical Instrumentation Field Service Specialist (Midwest)
A day in this role: You leave home in the morning, toolkit and laptop ready, and arrive at a customer’s lab to bring a critical instrument back online. By mid-day, you’re installing an upgrade kit that boosts throughput. In the afternoon, you walk a new user through software basics and best maintenance practices. Tomorrow, you’ll be in another facility—sometimes in Indiana, other times Illinois, Ohio, or Kentucky—helping scientists, engineers, and metallographers keep their workflows moving.
