As a Destination Experience Specialist located in Oregon, you will assist clients in researching, coordinating, and customizing destination-based experiences tailored to their preferences, serving as a trusted resource to ensure seamless planning and exceptional client care from start to finish.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Consulting with clients to understand their destination preferences and needs
  • Researching and coordinating destination options, accommodations, and experiences
  • Providing detailed information and recommendations
  • Maintaining accurate client records and follow-up communications
  • Collaborating with team members and suppliers to ensure smooth coordination
  • Delivering outstanding customer service throughout the planning process

Qualifications:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented and organized

  • Previous customer service, hospitality, or coordination experience is helpful but not required
