As a Destination Experience Specialist located in Oregon, you will assist clients in researching, coordinating, and customizing destination-based experiences tailored to their preferences, serving as a trusted resource to ensure seamless planning and exceptional client care from start to finish.
Key responsibilities include:
- Consulting with clients to understand their destination preferences and needs
- Researching and coordinating destination options, accommodations, and experiences
- Providing detailed information and recommendations
- Maintaining accurate client records and follow-up communications
- Collaborating with team members and suppliers to ensure smooth coordination
- Delivering outstanding customer service throughout the planning process
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Previous customer service, hospitality, or coordination experience is helpful but not required
