CDL A Dedicated Truck Driver - CDL GRADUATES WELCOME
Beast Mode Truckin seeks CDL A Dedicated Truck Drivers (CDL graduates welcome) to operate company‑provided 53' dry vans on Pacific Northwest lanes based out of Sumner, WA. This is primarily no‑touch, night driving with regular home time.
Compensation & benefits
$1,400–$1,800 per week (based on miles and experience)
Mileage: $0.52–$0.62 per mile
Trainee pay: $900 per week during 4–6 week OTR training with trainer
$15 per stop; monthly safety bonus
Medical, dental, 401(k), and PTO available after 30 days
Schedule & equipment
Lanes: Sumner and surrounding east/south Pacific Northwest routes; return to Sumner
100% no‑touch dry van freight; primarily night driving
Average weekly miles: 2,000–3,000
Home time: weekly (typically not on weekends)
Solo or team runs available; orientation in Sumner, WA
Must complete 4–6 weeks OTR/regional training before starting account
Primary responsibilities
Safely operate company vehicles in compliance with federal, state, and company regulations
Complete daily pre‑ and post‑trip inspections and required reports
Maintain accurate hours‑of‑service and delivery documentation
Communicate promptly and professionally with dispatch
Minimum qualifications
Valid Class A CDL; minimum age 21
Graduated from an accredited truck driving school (minimum 120 hours)
Reasonably clean driving record (no major accidents or major violations within five years)
No DUI convictions; no recent felony or misdemeanor convictions within the last five years
No termination from most recent employer for safety or conduct reasons; stable work history
Ability to pass pre‑employment urine and hair drug screens and required background checks
