Our client is expanding operations and hiring Automation Technicians to support advanced automated production equipment. This is a hands on role working with PLC driven systems, robotics, conveyors, and material handling equipment in a fast paced manufacturing environment.
You will work alongside engineers and experienced technicians to troubleshoot, maintain, improve, and optimize automation systems that keep production running efficiently.
What You'll Be Doing
- Troubleshoot and repair PLC controlled automation systems
- Maintain and support industrial robots, conveyors, sensors, and motor controls
- Diagnose and resolve issues involving VFDs, drives, and electrical control panels
- Partner with automation engineers on equipment improvements and optimization projects
- Perform preventive maintenance on automated production lines
- Respond to equipment downtime and assist with root cause analysis
- Support continuous improvement initiatives throughout the facility
What We're Looking For
We are seeking technicians with experience supporting automated equipment and manufacturing systems.
Preferred Experience
- Industrial automation environments
- PLC troubleshooting (Allen Bradley preferred)
- Robotics and automated conveyor systems
- Electrical and mechanical troubleshooting
- Sensors, motor controls, and VFDs
- Preventive and corrective maintenance practices
