Afternoons often mean partnering with stakeholders to fine-tune role requirements, updating your reports and ATS, and keeping every candidate informed. You end the day having moved the needle: stronger pipelines, scheduled interviews, and clear metrics.

What You’ll Do

• Design and execute sourcing strategies tailored to the manufacturing sector.
• Identify talent via job boards, social platforms, networking, and direct outreach.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to qualify Engineering candidates.
• Coordinate interviews and align schedules with hiring managers.
• Keep immaculate records of candidate activity and status within recruitment tools.
• Build lasting relationships with candidates and internal partners.
• Share consistent updates and progress reports on recruiting activity.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and applicable regulations throughout the hiring process.

What You’ll Bring

• 2+ years of Engineering recruiting experience; manufacturing industry background preferred.
• Solid grasp of Engineering functions and technical role requirements.
• Clear, confident communication and strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and collaborate effectively with a team.
• Proficiency with ATS/recruitment software and sourcing tools.
• Exceptional organization and time management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
