Responsibilities

• Set up and operate folding machines according to specifications and production requirements.
• Monitor machine operations to ensure proper functioning and quality output.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on folding machines as needed.
• Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy, making adjustments as necessary.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals.
• Document production data and machine performance as required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in machine operation is a plus.
• Previous experience as a folding machine operator or in a similar role is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and and strong math skills to understand roof pitches and exact degree to bend parts at.
• Basic mechanical skills and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines.
• Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime if necessary.
