THE MISSION As a Sales Associate, you will spearhead market acquisition in brand-new Fiber territories. We are looking for high-caliber professionals who thrive in a results-driven environment and understand that performance dictates income.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
Territory Management: Proactively secure new residential accounts through direct engagement and grassroots marketing in newly released Fiber areas.
Consultative Selling: Conduct needs-based analyses to deliver tailored Fiber, Mobile, and Value-Added service solutions.
Market Intelligence: Monitor local competitor activity to maintain our market-leading edge.
Performance Excellence: Consistently meet and exceed monthly acquisition targets.
COMPENSATION & ADVANCEMENT (1099)
Earnings: Uncapped commission structure with an OTE of $50,000 – $75,000+.
