Role overview
Support plant operations by maintaining machinery, troubleshooting issues, and executing preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and maximize safety and efficiency.
What you’ll handle
- Routine maintenance, adjustments, and on-the-spot repairs
- Mechanical diagnostics and basic electrical troubleshooting
- Preventive maintenance inspections and documentation
- Component swaps—bearings, belts, motors, sensors, and more
- Accurate maintenance recordkeeping and tool care
- Rapid response to equipment breakdowns in production
- Work that meets company policy and rigorous safety standards
What we’re seeking
- Experience as a Maintenance Technician or Industrial Maintenance Tech
- Proven mechanical problem-solving skills
- Comfort with industrial tools, equipment, and machinery
- Foundational knowledge of electrical, mechanical, or hydraulic systems
- Self-directed, organized, and safety-focused
Nice-to-have
- Manufacturing or heavy industrial experience
- Electrical or mechanical trade certifications
- Hands-on work with preventive maintenance programs
