Remote Client Experience Specialist | Work From Home | Training Provided

This remote opportunity is for a Client Experience Specialist to support clients through scheduling, coordination, and service-related communication in a fast-paced remote environment. Training is provided. Candidates should be located in or able to work Pacific Time (Las Vegas, NV) hours.

Primary responsibilities include:

  • Managing client communications and support requests
  • Coordinating schedules and appointment-related tasks
  • Assisting with service updates and follow-ups
  • Maintaining accurate records and system updates
  • Providing a consistent and professional client experience
