Are you a Mandarin-speaking sales professional with experience in the FX & CFD industry and a strong background in client retention?

We are looking for an experienced Mandarin-Speaking FX Sales Retention Agent to join an international brokerage team in Dubai, UAE. This is a fully onsite position offering a fully paid relocation package, accommodation, and work visa assistance.

As an FX Sales Retention Agent, you will manage and develop relationships with existing Mandarin-speaking clients, focusing on retention, engagement and commercial growth within a fast-paced brokerage environment.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing and maintaining relationships with existing Mandarin-speaking clients
• Proactively engaging with clients to strengthen retention and ongoing trading activity
• Understanding individual client needs and providing appropriate support
• Identifying opportunities to increase client engagement and business value
• Working towards individual sales, retention and performance targets
• Following up consistently with existing clients and maintaining a strong relationship throughout the customer lifecycle
• Maintaining accurate client information and activity records in internal systems
• Working closely with an international sales team to achieve business objectives

• Fluent Mandarin Chinese
• Good command of English
• Previous experience in the FX & CFD industry
• Proven retention experience within a brokerage environment
• Strong sales and negotiation skills
• Target-driven and commercially focused mindset
• Excellent communication and relationship-management skills
• Confidence working in a fast-paced, performance-oriented sales environment
• Willingness to relocate to Dubai, UAE
