Inventory Integrity and Reconciliation Manager

What this role is about

You will be the guardian of inventory accuracy across our warehouse and distribution footprint. From cycle counts to annual physicals, from root-cause analysis to KPI dashboards, you will architect and lead the programs that keep our numbers tight, our shrink low, and our operations moving.

A day in the life

• Start: Review prior-day variances and approve inventory adjustments in the WMS/ERP. Launch targeted recounts where discrepancies surfaced.
• Mid-morning: Walk the floor with Operations to validate receiving, put-away, staging, and shipping transactions are completed accurately and on time.
• Afternoon: Lead a root-cause huddle on repeat variances, implement corrective actions, and update SOPs. Meet with Finance to reconcile high-value items.
• End of day: Publish inventory health dashboards (accuracy, turns, shrink, obsolescence, cycle count results, aging) and prep for tomorrow’s ABC cycle counts.
