We are looking for a Quality Control Engineer – Civil (Arabic Speaker) to join our team in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct inspections of civil works and ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.

• Monitor site activities and identify any quality issues or non-conformities.

• Prepare and maintain inspection reports, checklists, and quality records.

• Coordinate with site engineers, consultants, subcontractors, and other project teams.

• Ensure materials and workmanship meet project requirements.

• Assist in closing NCRs and implementing corrective actions.

• Support testing, inspections, and project handover documentation.

Requirements:

• Arabic Speaker – Required.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.

• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in Quality Control / QAQC within construction or contracting projects.

• Good knowledge of civil construction works, inspection procedures, and quality standards.

• Ability to read and understand technical drawings and specifications.

• Strong documentation and reporting skills.

• Good communication and coordination skills.

• UAE experience is preferred.
