CNC Programmer Machinist

Aegis Worldwide is seeking a CNC Programmer for a client in the Naperville, IL area.

• CNC Programming experience – pretty straightforward as a large part of this work will be programming.
• MasterCAM Programming experience – ideally someone that has created CNC Programs from scratch.
• Solidworks & Mastercam experience
• Ability and willingness to Setup/Operate the CNC machinery
• Ideally a mix of Lathe and Milling machine experience
• Experience with measurement tools – calipers, micrometers, etc.
• Experience with ISO certified plant locations. (paperwork and quality control that comes with that
• **PLUS's: **
• 3-8+ years of experience – I’d be willing to show anyone north of 3 years of experience.
• Knowledge of 4 & 5 Axis machining would be great
• Experience around Okuma machinery
• Lathe – secondary spindle experience

• M-Code
• CNC Machine Setup & Changeover
• Advanced Inspection & Gauge Measurement
• Machine Setups for Production Runs

Machines & technologies you'll use:

• CNC Mill (3-4 axis VMC) (Haas, Okuma)
• CNC Lathe (2-4 axis) (Haas, Okuma, Dmg Mori Seiki)
• CAM Software (Mastercam)
• CNC Mill (5+ axis VMC) (Fanuc, Mitsubishi, Haas)
• CNC Lathe (5+ axis)
