At CB Freight, experienced, safety‑minded professionals keep America supplied—hauling dry van, refrigerated, and flatbed freight across most of the U.S. with percentage‑based pay tied to your division.

What You Earn

• Dry Van: 28% of gross
• Reefer: 28% of gross
• Flatbed: 30% of gross

Final compensation follows the written agreement and CB Freight’s definition of gross revenue.

Home Time You Can Plan Around

• 3–4 weeks over the road
• 3–5 days off between trips

What You’ll Do

• Operate a Class A tractor‑trailer on long‑haul, multi‑state routes
• Haul dry van, temperature‑controlled, or flatbed freight as assigned
• Perform thorough pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections
• Adhere to DOT regulations and Hours‑of‑Service requirements
• Keep accurate ELD/logs and delivery paperwork
• Coordinate with dispatch to meet scheduled pickups and deliveries
• Apply proper cargo securement and temperature‑management procedures when required

What You Bring

• Proven OTR experience
• Experience driving through most U.S. states
• No SAP program participation and no DUI
• Clean driving record: no at‑fault accidents and no violations
• Valid Class A CDL and full compliance with applicable DOT requirements

Professional Proficiencies

• DOT Medical Card
• Truck operations and load securement
• Current CDL license
• DOT and equipment inspection compliance
