Remote Customer Service & Client Support Agent – Work From Home

The Gainey Agency is hiring a remote Client Support Agent to support clients in the Cincinnati, OH area. This is an independent contractor opportunity (1099) offering flexible, work-from-home arrangements within the financial services sector. Training, mentorship, and advancement opportunities are provided based on performance.

What you’ll do

  • Connect with individuals who have requested information about financial protection products.
  • Provide general education on life insurance options.
  • Assist clients in identifying coverage that fits their needs.
  • Maintain professional communication and follow-up with clients. (Leads may be provided; no requirement to cold call.)

Compensation

Requirements
