This is a field role: the work happens at customer and job sites across the U.S., and you can live anywhere in the country. Expect extended assignments of three months or more at a time.

Travel Pay $25. per hour for driving to the Job location
$45 Per diem 7 days per week for meals & gas. $ 315 weekly tax-free
We guarantee a minimum of 50 hours per week. Time and a half pay for hours over 40.

Welder and Pipefitter openings working to Build Large Industrial Furnaces

Welder
- Welders support the fabrication of industrial furnace casings/housing, doors, internal furnace components, transfer cars, washers, motor brackets, cylinder brackets, handling hooks/ears, and other large sub-assemblies.- Sub-assembly work is fixtured while full out furnace welds are not fixtured.
Pipefitter
- Pipefitters install and assemble piping systems tied to fluids, hydraulics, pneumatics, combustion, gas trains, and other related furnace systems.
- Most work is black pipefitting: cutting, threading, joining black pipe, and fitting components together. Stainless pipe is minimal.
- Pipe sizes generally range from approximately 1/2” up to 4”. Anything above 2” diameter is typically welded end-to-end; smaller sizes are generally joined with fittings, elbows, couplers, connectors, flanges, and reducers where needed.- Some welding experience is helpful, especially Stick or MIG, because larger pipe joints may be welded. The majority of the role is still pipefitting rather than welding, however.
