Junior Commercial Driver's License Truck Driver

You’ve earned your CDL. Now it is time to gain the experience that builds a long-term career. We are seeking CDL school graduates to join our expanding Eastern fleet, serving Huntington, West Virginia, and surrounding communities. Our paid training program is designed for new drivers who want to learn from experienced mentors, gain confidence on the road, and begin earning without delay.

• $1,600–$1,800+ weekly
• Paid weekly (Friday)
• Paid training for a full month

Job characteristics:

• Predictable regional routes serving the Eastern U.S., with operations based in the Huntington, WV area
• Approximately 3,000 miles per week
• No-touch dry van freight
• Majority of loads are drop-and-hook
• Brand-new automatic trucks
• Equipment fully loaded and assigned to each driver; no slip seating
• 24/7 dispatch support
• Flexible home-time options: home weekly or home every other week

Training program:

• Paid training available to drivers who have completed at least 120 hours of CDL school instruction
• Work with an experienced mentor, emphasize safe driving practices, and acquire the experience necessary to progress confidently

Requirements:

• Valid Class A CDL
• Minimum 120 hours of CDL school instruction
• Satisfactory driving record
• Must meet DOT and hiring requirements
• Availability to begin as soon as possible is preferred
