Core responsibilities

  • Execute field service across service calls, new machine installations, and scheduled preventive maintenance.
  • Diagnose and resolve issues; deliver on-the-spot training and partner with sales when appropriate.
  • Communicate effectively with shop personnel and leadership, adapting your message to the audience.
  • Act as a professional, ethical ambassador for Ellison Technologies.
  • Own your cases and projects end-to-end, keeping customer records and technical documentation current.

What we’re looking for

  • Background in installing, maintaining, and repairing CNC machining centers and CNC lathes/turning centers.
  • Strong troubleshooting across mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical domains.
  • Proficiency in maintenance and repair, plus a field-ready approach to customer service.
