Multi‑Axis CNC Setup Technician — Aerospace Components

If you know your way around 3/4/5‑axis machining, can read a print at a glance, and thrive on holding tenths, you’ll feel at home here. We’re expanding and hiring CNC talent on multiple shifts—direct hire—with long‑term growth in a company known for aerospace‑grade precision.

You will:

• Set up and operate CNC mills, lathes, and grinders to build complex aerospace parts
• Translate blueprints and GD&T into reliable, efficient setups
• Inspect in‑process features using micrometers, indicators, and other hand metrology tools
• Maintain tight tolerances and impeccable part quality
• Troubleshoot tooling, workholding, and program issues; contribute to continuous improvement
• Keep a safe, organized workstation

Is this you?

• Experienced CNC machinist from a production or job‑shop environment
• Confident reading engineering drawings and understanding GD&T
• Accustomed to precision standards common to aerospace/defense/medical manufacturing
• Detail‑oriented with strong mechanical aptitude

Where you’ll contribute most

• CNC Milling
• CNC Lathe / Turning
• CNC Grinding
• 3‑, 4‑, or 5‑Axis machining
• Machine setup and rapid changeovers for production runs
• CNC Programming (for select openings)

Compensation & Shifts

• Pay: $25–$38/hr DOE
• Shifts: 1st Shift, 2nd Shift, and Weekend shift
• Employment: Direct Hire
• Extras: Overtime opportunities and shift differentials for select roles
