Electro‑Mechanical Assembly Technologist, CNC Systems

Build Precision. Power Progress.

As a Direct Hire on 1st shift, you’ll spend your day turning detailed engineering intent into real-world performance. You’ll assemble, test, and inspect large CNC machinery and electro‑mechanical systems, working from technical drawings and clear work instructions to deliver equipment that meets exacting quality standards.

A day in the life

You begin by reviewing blueprints and schematics for the day’s build. With hand tools, power tools, and precision gauges at your side, you methodically assemble sub‑assemblies into complete electro‑mechanical systems. Throughout the day, you perform functional checks and measurements, verify tolerances, and document any deviations. If something’s off, you spot it early, report it, and help correct it. Before the shift ends, you run final tests so the equipment is ready for the next stage.

What you’ll do

  • Assemble electro‑mechanical components and full systems from blueprints, schematics, and written work instructions.
  • Use hand tools, power tools, and precision measurement instruments to complete and verify builds.
  • Test and inspect assemblies for functionality and compliance with quality requirements.
  • Identify, document, and escalate defects or process deviations.
  • Contribute to the build of large CNC machinery and integrated systems.

What you bring

  • 2+ years of experience in electro‑mechanical assembly, manufacturing, or a closely related field.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and assembly instructions.
  • Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring devices.
  • Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.
  • Proficiency with CNC or experience working around CNC systems.
