We’re growing our distribution team in Caldwell, ID and seeking a B2B Order Support Specialist who thrives on helping customers get exactly what they need—on time, every time.

You start by checking overnight inquiries, confirming pricing and availability, then jump on calls with local customers dropping by the counter and B2B partners phoning in. You enter accurate orders, recommend complementary items, and offer quick technical guidance. Midday, you reach out to truck-run customers to capture orders for upcoming routes, verify delivery dates on backorders, and track shipments. When a warranty or return pops up, you document it thoroughly and coordinate next steps. You wrap up by updating system data and following through on any service issues that need management input.
You’ll receive on-the-job training covering our technical product lines, business systems, and company policies/procedures—plus clear pathways for internal growth.
