Established Farmers Insurance agency serving Phenix City seeks a motivated Producer to join an award-winning team in a flexible, growth-focused role, with remote options available for qualified candidates.

Your role

• Build and maintain client relationships through proactive outreach and excellent service, primarily by phone, email, text, and virtual meetings

• Identify client needs, present tailored insurance solutions, and recommend appropriate coverage options

• Generate new business through prospecting, digital marketing, networking, and referrals

• Prepare quotes, process policies and renewals, and handle basic service requests efficiently and accurately

• Support agency growth goals, follow established sales processes, and collaborate with the team to hit production targets

Requirements

• Property & Casualty insurance license strongly preferred, or a commitment to obtain within a defined timeframe

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, comfortable working with clients over the phone and online

• Self-motivated, accountable, and driven by goals in a remote environment

• Customer-focused mindset with a professional and ethical approach to every interaction

Preferred

• Prior insurance or financial services experience

• Proven sales track record in a quota-driven role

• Familiarity with agency management/CRM systems and online sales tools

• Local knowledge of the Phenix City/Columbus area and community connections, even when working remotely
