Slingo Insurance seeks a motivated, licensed insurance sales professional to join our remote sales team in a flexible-schedule role. This position focuses on assessing client needs, recommending appropriate life and health coverage, and supporting clients through the application and underwriting process. - Engage prospective clients to evaluate individual and family insurance needs and recommend tailored solutions for life and health coverage.
- Schedule and conduct client consultations via phone or virtual meeting platforms; manage follow-up and ongoing client communication.
- Guide clients through application completion and submission; monitor underwriting progress and coordinate with internal operations as needed.
- Review existing client policies and recommend adjustments or additional coverage when appropriate.
- Maintain accurate, confidential client records and documentation in accordance with company and regulatory requirements.
- Stay current on product offerings, industry changes, and compliance requirements relevant to the role.
- Meet established performance targets and contribute to team objectives while working independently within a remote environment.
Required qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Active life and health insurance license.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and a client-focused professional approach.
