Maintenance Technician

One of our manufacturing clients is looking for skilled Maintenance Technician to support the maintenance and reliability of production equipment at their Verona, WI facility.

**Pay Rate: **$32/hr - $36/hr

**Shift: **1st shift

Responsibilities:

  • Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on manufacturing equipment and facility systems

  • Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment

  • Diagnose equipment failures and perform timely repairs to minimize production downtime

  • Inspect, maintain, and service conveyors, motors, pumps, gearboxes, compressors, and other production machinery

  • Read and interpret blueprints, electrical schematics, equipment manuals, and technical drawings

  • Assist with equipment installations, upgrades, and production line improvements

  • Complete work orders and document maintenance activities using CMMS or maintenance tracking systems

  • Participate in root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to improve equipment reliability

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED

  • 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment

  • Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems

  • Experience troubleshooting and repairing industrial machinery and automated production equipment

  • Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical documentation

  • Experience with PLC troubleshooting and industrial automation systems

  • Welding, fabrication, or machining experience is a plus
