Key Responsibilities
- Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and panel assembly drawings
- Build, wire, and assemble electrical control panels with a high level of accuracy and quality
- Install completed panels into electrical enclosures and integrate them into finished systems
- Perform inspections and identify discrepancies or non-conformances
- Conduct point-to-point testing and assist with system testing activities
- Collaborate with Engineering and Production teams to resolve issues and improve processes
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Qualifications
Required:
- Experience building and wiring electrical control panels
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and assembly drawings
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Ability to learn and utilize ERP systems for production tracking and documentation
Preferred:
- Point-to-point testing experience
- Basic conduit installation and electrical wiring experience
- Experience with soldering, connectors, wire termination, and electrical troubleshooting
- Familiarity with manufacturing or industrial assembly environments
