Founders Track Program - Senior

About the role

Join a fast-moving, early-stage program designed to connect engineers, designers, and product/ops professionals with high-potential startup roles. You’ll explore multiple paths within a lean, founder-to-founder environment and gain exposure to how startups run from the inside.

What you'll do

• Collaborate across product, go-to-market, engineering, and operations to help ship real features with user impact
• Design and consume RESTful APIs and work with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL)
• Make decisions under uncertainty without waiting for permission
• Apply hands-on full-stack development skills (TypeScript/JavaScript, Node.js) and work with React
• Show a proven track record of delivering products or features that users engage with
• Maintain a portfolio or examples of shipped work to illustrate capabilities
• Operate in a fast-paced startup environment with high ownership and accountability
• Be remote-friendly with ability to work across time zones and travel as needed

What we're looking for

• Ability to work across functions (product, GTM, engineering, operations) and collaborate with diverse teams
• Experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs and working with relational databases
• Comfort making decisions under ambiguity and taking ownership
• Hands-on experience with TypeScript/JavaScript and Node.js; experience with React
• A portfolio or examples of shipped work that demonstrate impact
• Experience in a startup environment with high ownership
• Remote-friendly with ability to work across time zones; occasional travel may be required
