A fast-growing, Y Combinator-backed B2B SaaS startup is looking for a Founding Account Executive to join their Munich-based team. The company builds AI-powered automation software for distributors and manufacturers — helping inside sales teams eliminate repetitive back-office tasks, accelerate quote generation, and close more deals. They serve industries including HVAC, building materials, and electrical distribution, and are on a strong growth trajectory toward $10M ARR.
As a founding AE, you'll own the full sales cycle end-to-end, help shape the sales culture, and play a key role in scaling the go-to-market motion from the ground up.
