10-4 Logistics USA seeks experienced CDL-A drivers for over-the-road (OTR) assignments offering mileage-based pay, a weekly performance bonus, modern automatic tractors, and regular home-time options.
Compensation
- $0.50–$0.65 per mile (varies by experience and domicile)
- $0.10 per mile performance bonus paid weekly
- Estimated typical weekly earnings: $1,500–$1,600; average weekly mileage: ~2,500 miles
Home time / Schedule
- Weekly or bi-weekly options
- 34–48 hour reset; typically one day at home for every 5–6 days on duty
Equipment & Freight
- 2022–2025 automatic Cascadia and Peterbilt tractors
- Primarily dry van, no-touch freight; approximately 70% drop-and-hook
Primary responsibilities
- Operate Class A commercial motor vehicles safely and in compliance with DOT regulations and company policies
- Complete assigned OTR routes to meet schedules and delivery instructions
- Perform pre-trip, en-route, and post-trip inspections; report defects and maintenance needs promptly
- Maintain accurate hours-of-service records and ELD logs
- Ensure proper cargo handling, securement, and documentation
- Communicate professionally and promptly with dispatch and customers regarding schedules and deliveries
- Follow fuel management, routing, and on-road safety procedures
Minimum qualifications
- Valid CDL-A license
- One of the following experience options:
- At least 3 months verifiable OTR tractor-trailer experience plus completion of 120+ hours at a truck driving school within the past 12 months
- 6 months verifiable OTR, regional, or local tractor-trailer experience within the last 12 months
- 12 months verifiable OTR experience within the last 3 years
- Ability to meet DOT medical and regulatory requirements and pass required drug screening
- Proficiency in English sufficient for safe operation and clear communication
