Maintenance Technician

Pay:$30–$50 per hour

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to support manufacturing and facility operations. This role is responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining mechanical and electrical systems, including PLC-driven and automated equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production and facility equipment
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
• Maintain equipment such as motors, pumps, compressors, boilers, and chillers
• Read and interpret electrical schematics and work with up to 480V, 3-phase power
• Diagnose and repair PLC, HMI, and VFD systems
• Utilize predictive maintenance tools (vibration analysis, thermography, etc.)
• Document maintenance activities and support root cause analysis
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment (5S standards)
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (technical training preferred)
• 5+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment

OR

• Associate’s degree or Journeyman license with relevant experience
• Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems
• Ability to work overtime or flexible schedules as needed
