Night in the Life

When the lights dim and production ramps up, you’re the expert who keeps everything moving. From 7pm–7am on a 2-2-3 rotation, you’ll patrol the line, listen for the subtle change in motor pitch, scan PLC data for anomalies, and make the kind of precise, safe adjustments that prevent downtime before it starts.
