Operate industrial equipment safely and productively.
Lead/monitor processes and investigate causes of defects.
Conduct visual inspection of products
Review procedures and processes and make adjustments as needed to improve operations.
Achieve operator certification in all functions worked
Train new hire production associates in the manufacturing processes and procedures.
Regular attendance, report to work on time for all scheduled shifts, and complete all shifts.
Work overtime as required.
Work cooperatively with others.
Work with internal and external customers on quality issues.
Generate and maintain appropriate records as required.
Perform other reasonable tasks as required by Supervisor or Team Lead.
Participate and embrace continuous improvement (LEAN) actions.
Work and participate in a team environment
REQUIREMENTS
Education:
High School diploma or GED required
Experience:
1-2 years of machine operator experience in industrial manufacturing or equivalent required, 3+ preferred
Other Requirements:
Punctual and consistent attendance required
Able to work beyond required scheduled hours as needed
Works in a safe manner and in compliance with EHS polices and procedures
Be able to work independently or in a team setting
Ability to complete ongoing training and development
Ability to work 12-hour shifts or alternate work schedules (depending on the Plant to which assigned)
Available to work afternoon shift or night shift
