Warehouse Associate

Hours

• 8:00am – 7:00pm Monday – Friday
• Mandatory Overtime 45-47 hour work weeks

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and process incoming shipments with accuracy.
• Organize and maintain inventory in the warehouse to ensure optimal space utilization.
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment in a timely manner.
• Operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.
• Assist in conducting regular inventory counts and audits.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment in compliance with safety standards.
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals and deadlines.
• Report any discrepancies or issues to the warehouse supervisor promptly.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is a plus.
• Ability to lift heavy items (up to 50 lbs) and perform physical tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Basic computer skills for inventory management systems.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
