In this role, you’ll transform drawings and BOMs into fully built components, using your hands, your tools, and your attention to detail. What success looks like

  • Use handheld screw and drill guns to assemble parts accurately and efficiently
  • Crimp, strip, and solder wiring to standard
  • Partner with the Quality team to verify products meet all requirements
  • Apply 5S, keep equipment maintained, and elevate work area cleanliness
  • Identify waste and propose ideas that elevate team performance
  • Join process-improvement initiatives and support adjacent assembly teams when necessary
  • Demonstrate professionalism with colleagues and customers
  • Engage in ongoing training—you will be trained for this role and attend sessions as needed
  • Report directly to a Production Supervisor and/or Team Leader

What you bring

  • 1+ years of experience in manufacturing
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Basic computer proficiency; clear written and verbal communication
  • Comfort with basic math and practical problem-solving
  • Proven capability in mechanical assembly, mechanical troubleshooting, mechanical testing, and soldering
