Junior Commercial Driver's License Truck Driver

You’ve earned your CDL. Now it’s time to gain the experience that turns it into a long-term driving career. We are seeking CDL school graduates to join our expanding Eastern fleet based in Hartford, CT. Our paid training program is designed for new drivers who want to learn from experienced mentors, gain confidence on the road, and begin earning without delay.

• $1,600–$1,800+ weekly

What the job looks like:

• Predictable regional routes within the Eastern U.S., including Connecticut and neighboring states
• Approximately 3,000 miles per week
• No-touch dry van freight
• Most loads are drop-and-hook
• Brand-new automatic trucks, fully loaded and assigned to each driver
• No slip seating
• 24/7 support from dispatch
• Flexible home time options: home weekly or home every other week

Training program:

• Paid training available for drivers who have completed at least 120 hours of CDL school instruction
• Mentor-led training focused on safety and on-road experience
• Designed to provide the experience needed to progress with confidence

Requirements:

• Valid Class A CDL
• Minimum 120 hours of CDL school instruction
• Satisfactory driving record
• Must meet DOT and hiring requirements
• Available to start as soon as possible

Location: Hartford, CT. Drivers will operate regional routes out of the Hartford area and surrounding Eastern markets.
