Your mission

Keep production humming by ensuring the right materials arrive at precisely the right time in Rochester, NY. You will transform complex demand patterns into clear, executable plans—cutting waste, preventing shortages, and unlocking supply chain performance.

How you’ll drive impact

  • Translate demand signals and inventory positions into accurate materials forecasts that support build schedules.
  • Orchestrate cross-functional alignment with Operations, Procurement, Engineering, and Finance to guarantee materials readiness.
  • Design and govern inventory strategies to minimize carrying costs without compromising service levels.
  • Exploit ERP/MRP and advanced planning applications to detect trends, track usage, and recommend actions.
  • Identify bottlenecks and champion process improvements rooted in best-in-class planning practices.
  • Produce crisp reports and executive-ready summaries of inventory health and planning metrics.
  • Strengthen supplier partnerships, driving on-time delivery and rapid issue resolution.
  • Elevate team capability by training and mentoring junior analysts on methods, tools, and data literacy.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related area.
  • 5+ years in materials planning or supply chain analytics.
  • Fluency with data analysis and the ability to convert insights into action.
  • Excellent communicator, adept at influencing across functions.
  • Track record of managing multiple initiatives in a fast-moving environment.
  • ERP expertise; experience with advanced planning/APS solutions is advantageous.
  • Detail-driven problem solver.
