As part of our growing team, you’ll join a hybrid role where work will be split between home and agency office for producer tasks, and training, mentorship, and development. With over 95 years of leadership and the award-winning University of Farmers® training program, we provide the tools and support you need to launch a successful career in insurance.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with Tuscaloosa-area families, individuals, and businesses.

• Learn to sell Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial insurance products.

• Participate in agency and district-led training and mentorship.

• Prospect new clients through networking, referrals, and local outreach.

• Deliver excellent customer service and policy support.

Requirements

• Ability to obtain Alabama Property & Casualty and Life/Health licenses (sponsorship provided).

• Sales, customer service, or business experience preferred.

• Strong communication and organizational skills.

• Entrepreneurial mindset and motivation to grow.
