Processing Technician Lead (Pre-Weigh/Batching/Kitting)

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Processing Technician Lead to join our dynamic team in Carrollton, TX. In this role, you will oversee the Pre-Weigh, Batching, and Kitting processes, ensuring that operations run smoothly and efficiently. Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the Pre-Weigh, Batching, and Kitting teams to ensure adherence to production schedules.
• Monitor and maintain quality control standards throughout the processing stages.
• Train and mentor team members on best practices and safety protocols.
• Collaborate with other departments to optimize workflow and resolve any operational issues.
• Conduct regular equipment checks and coordinate maintenance as needed.
• Document and report production metrics and any discrepancies to management.
• Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training is a plus.
• 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing or processing environment, with at least 1 year in a leadership role.
• Strong understanding of Pre-Weigh, Batching, and Kitting processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Proficient in using production software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
