Distribution Center Fulfillment Picker–Packer

The essentials

• Location: Mattoon, IL
• Status: Full-Time
• Shifts: 1st or 2nd
• Pay: $17.00–$18.00 per hour
• Pay Frequency: Weekly

What you’ll do

• Run Cherry Pickers and related warehouse equipment confidently and safely
• Select customer orders from racks/bins and move product across the warehouse
• Stay on the designated pick path to keep productivity high
• Cherry pick items from various racking levels
• Keep aisles and work areas clean and hazard-free
• Pitch in on general warehouse tasks when needed
• Work with the team to ensure accurate, on-time fulfillment

What we’re looking for

• Recent experience on order picking equipment, including Cherry Pickers
• Dependable, safety-first approach
• Team-oriented with the ability to work independently
• Detail-focused with strong adherence to procedures
