Industrial Painter

Overview

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Industrial Painter to join our team in Bardstown, KY. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring that our products not only meet quality standards but also look their best. Hours

1st Shift (Weekends): 5:30am-6pm Friday, Saturday, Sunday 3 12's

Shift Differential is involved in the role and will be discussed more throughout the process.

Responsibilities

• Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and priming as necessary.
• Apply paint, varnish, and other finishes using spray guns, brushes, and rollers.
• Mix and match paint colors to achieve desired results.
• Inspect finished products for quality and consistency, making adjustments as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines and quality standards.
• Perform routine maintenance on painting equipment to ensure optimal performance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in painting or related field is a plus.
• Proven experience as an industrial painter or similar role.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Familiarity with safety protocols and equipment in an industrial setting.
• Good physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy materials.
• Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
