About the Role

We have immediate openings on 2nd and 3rd shift for skilled Material Applicators who will apply materials and coverings to industrial rollers in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You’ll work with material application processes, handle components using a forklift, crane, and hand truck, and contribute to a 90+ year legacy of excellence (since 1938) in rollers and coatings serving the rubber and polymer industries.

Compensation & Schedule

• Pay: $23.75 – $26.18 per hour
• Shift premium: Additional $5 per hour
• 2nd shift: Mon–Fri, 2:00 pm–10:00 pm (Paid lunch)
• 3rd shift: Sun–Thurs, 10:00 pm–6:00 am
• Location: Union Grove, WI

What You’ll Bring

• 1+ year of manufacturing experience
• Ability to read, write, and perform basic math
• Experience using a forklift, crane, and hand truck
• Blueprint reading experience (preferred)
