Your impact

  • Operate an injection molding press with a safety-first, efficiency-driven mindset.
  • Finish parts by trimming and deburring to meet dimensional and cosmetic standards.
  • Paint raw product to customer preference and documented finish requirements.
  • Confirm quality against specifications before items are packaged.
  • Prepare and stage products for shipment.

What you bring

  • Previous machine operator experience, ideally with plastics or related manufacturing.
  • Hands-on skill with air tools and common hand tools.
  • Strong basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).
  • Clear verbal and written communication; ability to follow detailed instructions.
  • Comfort working independently and as part of a production team.
  • Basic Microsoft Office familiarity for simple documentation.

Physical realities & schedule

  • Stand for extended periods while operating and finishing parts.
  • Lift up to 50 lbs. as needed.
  • Flexible work hours with overtime opportunities based on demand.
  • Reliable transportation to maintain consistent attendance.

Education & nice-to-haves

  • HS diploma/GED preferred.
  • Plastics industry experience preferred.
