10-4 Logistics USA is hiring CDL-A Regional Drivers based in Bear, DE for a Northeast fleet offering consistent weekly home time, strong mileage-based pay, and a $4,000 sign-on bonus. Drivers typically operate regional freight from Northern North Carolina through Maine and as far west as Eastern Ohio, with home time on Saturday and Sunday.
What this lane offers:
- $4,000 sign-on bonus
- $0.80–$0.85 per mile
- Home Saturday and Sunday for a 34-hour reset
- Average 1,500 miles per week, depending on hours and freight availability
- Average length of haul around 400 miles
- Up to $0.03 per mile performance bonus (up to 3 CPM) based on safety, mileage, and productivity
- Additional stop pay, detention pay, and Long Island delivery pay
- 2021 or newer Freightliner Cascadia or Kenworth tractors
