What Your Day Will Look Like- Support the Sales Manager with day-to-day administrative and client service needs
Prepare insurance summaries, schedules, and proposals for account reviews
Own the full renewal lifecycle, including marketing, client outreach, proposal preparation, and policy accuracy checks
Conduct 120-day pre-renewal reviews to ensure applications, updates, and loss runs are completed on time
Review and validate renewals, audits, and endorsements, coordinating corrections with carriers and clients as needed
Maintain accurate records within the agency management system
Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries and service requests
Proactively resolve billing or cancellation issues to support client retention
Process payments, issue receipts, and assist with claims reporting and follow-up
Partner with producers to prioritize workflow and meet deadlines
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, carriers, and internal teams
Stay current on insurance products, coverage updates, and industry trends
What We’re Looking For- High school diploma or equivalent required
2+ years of experience as a Customer Service Representative in the insurance industry
Strong working knowledge of Property & Casualty products and coverage
Understanding of rating procedures, underwriting processes, and insurance operations
Familiarity with insurance markets and rating methodologies
Experience with (or willingness to learn) the QQ Catalyst Agency Management System
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
Active Property & Casualty license preferred, or ability to obtain within 90 days
