The role involves serving as a primary point of contact for clients, ensuring a smooth and positive experience from initial inquiry through post-travel follow-up. Candidates should be able to work reliably within Central Time (CT) hours.

Key responsibilities:

• Communicate with clients via phone, email, and online platforms to assist with travel inquiries.
• Coordinate travel arrangements including accommodations, transportation, and related services.
• Provide accurate information regarding destinations, travel options, and policies.
• Maintain organized client records and documentation.
• Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and resolve any concerns.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Stay up to date on travel trends, supplier updates, and industry guidelines.
• Maintain professionalism and confidentiality at all times.
