Manufacturing Supply Chain Planning Manager (MRP/S&OP)

Do you turn plans into product flow?

If you love connecting MRP signals to the shop floor, negotiating resin supply, and making rail logistics work for you, this on-site role is built for impact. Answer these questions with a "yes," and let’s talk.

Questions that define the role

  • Can you architect supply chain plans that keep production, distribution, and finished-goods inventory moving without bottlenecks?
  • Will you guarantee timely delivery of every production supply—leading resin procurement, forecasting, and railroad support activities?
  • Do you collaborate naturally with Production and Asset Care to craft schedules that drive schedule compliance and on-time, in-full performance?
  • Are cycle counts and physical inventories your foundation for rock-solid inventory accuracy?
  • Could you own warehouse operations—scheduling, material handling, shipping, and receiving—end to end?
  • Do you monitor material consumption and partner with Operations to close production variances?
  • Are you the go-between for Procurement, Operations, and IBP to keep the MRP process tight and actionable?
  • Will you bolster the monthly S&OP cadence with data, insights, and cross-functional alignment?
  • Can you write and improve procedures, guidelines, and training that elevate quality while controlling cost?
  • Do distribution/network studies excite you—translating inventory analysis into strategies that hit lead times and fill-rate goals?
  • Are you meticulous with records and reporting?
  • Can you coordinate logistics with internal stakeholders and external customers to streamline inbound/outbound?
  • Will you champion safety, 6S, and food safety—leading weekly plant-wide Gemba walks?
  • Do you ensure compliance to quality systems, audit requirements, and the PEPS continuous improvement framework?
  • Are you passionate about engaging and growing a team for their next career step?
